Prior to joining Al Hamra, he served as a Director at TRI Consulting where he consulted high-net-worth individuals, government organisations, international real estate developers on market and financial feasibility, operational reviews, due diligence, negotiation, strategic development planning and hotel valuations. His experience in the industry has taken him from New Zealand to Australia and the United Arab Emirates, working across renowned hospitality brands. A people person with strong leadership skills, Christopher is an award -winning industry leader with a strong track record in delivering innovative ideas and fresh concepts that result in outstanding service. Najee graduated from the Lebanese University with a Masters’ degree in Architecture. Throughout his university years, he was involved in several design projects; from set design to large mixed-use developments, he had the opportunity to experience a wide spectrum of design aspects from Interior Design to Architecture. As the Corporate Vice President - Projects, Najee is heading a team of architects, interior designers and engineers responsible for monitoring the company’s aggressive expansion plans in the GCC, most of the MENA region, Central Africa, Turkey and recent ventures in Eastern Europe. Najee graduated from the Lebanese University with a Masters’ degree in Architecture. Prior to joining Rotana Hotels Najee was involved in several design projects; from set design to large mixed-use developments, he had the opportunity to experience a wide spectrum of design aspects from Interior Design to Architecture.

 

Bachir Rajji

In his current role, Bachir is responsible for all engineering and design activities related to both operational hotels and new projects. He is respected for his consistent technical abilities as well as his innovative and leadership approach to cost saving initiatives and his vast industry knowledge. Bachir holds an MBA and a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Notre Dame University and has a solid history of hands-on experience as an engineer. In Addition to his University degrees, Bachir has been always passionate to upgrade his academic, and technical knowledge through international certifications and awards, he has successfully achieved the following: CEA (Certified Energy Auditor), ICT Certified (Infrared Certified Thermography), PMP (Certified Project Management), Certified Security Assessor, and more other trainings and awards. He has spent much of his career in the hospitality industry working with international hotel groups across the Middle East and Africa having started as an engineering coordinator before working his way up to senior level roles including operations manager, director, and regional positions. He was previously with Rotana Hotels Corporate Office, where he first joined them as director of projects, He quickly moved into the role of area director of engineering, where he was responsible for new hotels openings, driving project schedules to meet deadlines in accordance with company strategic expansion plans. Bachir is a competent communicator who is able to motivate his team and provide the support they need. He is a first-class strategist who prefers to empower the people he works with in order to deliver projects timely and within approved budget.
